Refund & Cancellation Policy – Amoha Enterprises
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting our support team.
Once the order is processed/shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds
We do not accept returns of opened tea packs due to food safety standards.
Refunds are only applicable in case of:
1. Wrong product delivered
2. Damaged product on arrival
Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
Refund Process
Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
